we are looking for a network architect to design and develop a computer system network for our it firm in india. there will be about 10 computers interconnected to the system.

qualifications

• minimum of 4-12 years of experience

• strong network engineering and project delivery

• advanced knowledge on configuration of routers, switches, firewalls, cloud networking components

• advanced knowledge on design and architecture of lan, man, wan and sdwan san network topologies

• advanced knowledge of routing protocols, dns and dhcp

• eigrp, bgp, nat, lacp, cdp, udld, vpc, dns, dhcp

• advanced knowledge on troubleshooting networking issues across data, cloud, voice and video, storage networks

• knowledge on network management and monitoring platforms

• ability to support mixed data, voice, wireless and video networks

• excellent communication skills; ability to perform under pressure and detail oriented

responsibilities

• design and architecture of a multi-site, multi-cloud network infrastructure. the individual will design, develop, and integrate new it infrastructure, standards, processes, and services.

• key member of the team responsible for designing and developing scalable and highly available global network architectures to meet the firm’s business needs

• develop scripts and processes to test, deploy and validate changes across all network infrastructure as code, leveraging ansible and other approved corporate automation and orchestration platforms

• partner with vendors to select appropriate technical solutions

• develop state of the art technology appropriate to deliver stable and scalable technical solutions

• collaborate with stakeholders to develop consensus, drive results, and execute projects across the organization on time and within budget

• manage several simultaneous projects from conception through implementation

• contribute to standards and design patterns

• deliver solutions tailored to internal business requirements
