Responsible for the installation of new elevators, escalators, and lifts in residential, commercial, and industrial settings.Conduct regular maintenance checks to ensure lift systems operate smoothly and safely.Diagnose and repair faults in elevator systems, including electrical, mechanical, and hydraulic components.Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulations during installation, maintenance, and repair work.Provide technical assistance and support to clients regarding lift operations and issues.Perform scheduled inspections and preventative maintenance to prolong the lifespan of lift systems.Communicate effectively with clients to explain repairs and maintenance needs.Respond to service calls for breakdowns and emergencies, providing prompt assistance.Recommend and implement upgrades to improve efficiency and safety of existing systems.Maintain accurate records of all maintenance, repairs, and inspections performed.Replace or repair faulty components, including motors, cables, and control systems.Perform scheduled inspections and preventative maintenance to prolong the lifespan of lift systems.Set up and configure elevator systems, ensuring proper alignment and functionality.
