As a TBM, you will be responsible for driving sales and market share growth within your designated territories. The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Science (B.Sc) or Pharmacy (B.Pharma) and possess basic knowledge of pharmaceutical sales and human anatomy.Responsibilities:1. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives within the assigned territories.2. Build and maintain strong relationships with healthcare professionals, including physicians, pharmacists, and hospital staff.3. Promote company products effectively to healthcare professionals through presentations, meetings, and product demonstrations.4. Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets andobjectives set by the company. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customersthrough regular visits, product demonstrations, and effective communication. Identify and pursue new business opportunities by prospecting, cold calling, andnetworking within the healthcare industry. Provide product education and training to healthcare professionals to ensureproper understanding and usage of Hypex's Surgical Products. Collect and analyze market feedback, competitor activities, and customerinsights to identify trends and opportunities for business growth. Prepare and submit regular sales reports, forecasts, and territory analyses to theRM and senior management. Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, customer service, andproduct development, to address customer needs and enhance the overallcustomer experience.
