The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with vacuum systems, strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, and excellent problem-solving skills.

Typical duties include:planning and carrying out scheduled maintenance.responding to emergencies.diagnosing faults.repairing equipment and testing repairs.supervising contractors, and engineering and technical staff.ordering specialist components, fixtures or fittings.creating maintenance procedures.managing stocks of supplies and equipment.keeping records of faults and repairs.

Maintenance Management, Plant Maintenance, Production Planning, Production management,Utility management. Offset Printing, Spares parts planning (Spare parts Planning & Inventory Control). Presentation of Weekly and monthly Machine Breakdown and spare parts consumption reports. Maintain proper inventory level of spares and consumables required. Raise material requisition,follow up with Purchasing department and supplier, inspect purchased goods and develop newvendors. Lead and participate in engineering activities that improve the reliability of companyassets, optimize Maintenance costs. Execute energy conservation initiative taken up byManagement. Plan, Execute and monitor static & dynamic preventive maintenance of equipments havingfocus on predictive maintenance schedules of engineering installations to increase machine uptime and equipment reliability. Troubleshoot, defect diagnose equipment's abnormalities and breakdowns. Exposure to high end utilities such as DG Sets, Chillers Plants, Lifts & Escalators, Plumbing, Fire &Alarm Systems, CCTV Systems etc. Experience in mechanical & electrical preferred.
