Job Title: Microfine Production Plant Head -VRM OperationsKey Responsibilities:1. Plant Operations: Manage day-to-day production activities, including raw material handling, grinding, burning, and cement milling. Operate Vertical roller mill and ball Mill.2. Quality Control: Ensure consistent product quality by implementing quality control measures and monitoring testing results.3. Maintenance: Oversee maintenance activities, including preventive and corrective maintenance, to minimize downtime experience in grading equipment. He should be working knowledge of PLC.4. Safety and Environment: Implement and enforce safety protocols, environmental regulations, and housekeeping standards.5. Team Management: Lead, train, and develop a team of production staff, including shift supervisors, operators, and maintenance personnel.6. Production Planning: Coordinate with logistics and sales teams to plan production schedules, meet customer demands, and optimize inventory levels.7. Cost Control: Monitor and control production costs, including energy consumption, raw material usage, and labour expenses.8.
