Provide leadership and guidance to plant operators and maintenance technicians, fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and continuous improvement. Conduct training sessions and performance evaluations as needed. 7. Assist in the preparation and management of the departmental budget, including forecasting expenses, monitoring expenditures, and identifying cost-saving opportunities while maintaining operational efficiency. 8. Performing repair or General maintenance work of facilities, buildings, grounds & Equipments at the plant. 9. Maintain accurate records of plant operations, maintenance activities, and water quality data. 10.Prepare regular reports and presentations for management and regulatory agencies as required.
