About the Role: A reputed Engineering & Manufacturing company in Gurugram is seeking a young and dynamic Electrical Engineer to assist the Technical Head in daily operations and project execution. This role offers hands-on exposure to electrical systems, design support, and technical coordination within a fast-paced industrial environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the Technical Head in electrical design, maintenance, and project documentation.

• Assist in troubleshooting and resolving electrical system issues.

• Conduct basic analysis and prepare reports using MS Office tools.

• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for smooth project execution.

• Contribute to process improvements and ensure compliance with safety standards.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or related field.

• 1-2 years of relevant experience in electrical systems or manufacturing setups.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Effective communication and teamwork abilities.

• Proficiency in MS Office; basic knowledge of AutoCAD or electrical design tools is an advantage.
