Ensure optimal performance and security of IT networks.3. Supervise and execute fiber optic cable installations, terminations, and splicing.4. Ensure proper routing and protection of fiber cables to prevent damage.5. Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues in LAN/WAN environments.6. Provide technical support to end-users for network-related issues.7. Implement security best practices for network and fiber installation.8. Monitor network performance and guarantee peak performance.9. Work closely with vendors and service providers for repair and maintenance.10. Oversee fiber optic projects, ensuring timely completion and compliance with industry standards.11. Install and maintain Cat6 cabling infrastructure, ensuring proper termination and labelling12. Troubleshooting issues related to Network. Able to configure CISCO Routers and Switches.Should have good Amount of Server Knowledge and able to understand LAN Schematics.13.
