On-Site End-User Support And Customer Support During Field Visits Or Dispatches Should Be Able To Manage All OnSite Installation, Repair, Maintenance And Test Tasks Diagnosing Errors Or Technical Problems And Determining Proper Solutions Need To Carry Out Regular Repairs, Maintain Equipment, And Demonstrate To Clients How To Use Products/Equipment And Also Need To Have Excellent Communication Skills Willingness to learn about machinery Looking after office and stock of machinery inward outward Sanding machine for repair and keeping the track Visiting Client site for installation Guiding on Video call in case of any issue faced by the customer Giving Trail of machinery with client product at our office site helping in courier Packing of machinery & parts (wooden and carton) helping in Dispatching the material into logistics (booking and getting LR for the same)
