job summary :

the role requires the qa to ensure that processes adhere to predefined standards, meet customer expectations, and continuously improve.

responsibilities:

1. quality monitoring and evaluation: -

�� regularly monitor the operations, products, or services in the field

�� sewing machine testing (product testing).

�� evaluate performance against established quality standards, company policies, and industry regulations.

�� conduct audits and inspections to ensure compliance with quality procedures.

2. process improvement:-

�� identify process defects, or non-conformities.

�� suggest improvements to enhance quality, reduce errors, and optimize productivity.

�� work with supervisors and team leaders to implement corrective actions.

3. training and support:-

�� provide feedback to floor staff about quality issues and train them on best practices to improve performance.

4. reporting and documentation:-

�� maintain accurate records of quality assessments, audits, and corrective actions.

�� prepare reports for management detailing findings, and improvement plans.

5. customer feedback:-

�� analyze customer feedback, complaints, or issues and integrate these insights into quality improvement initiatives.

�� work with customer service teams to resolve quality-related concerns quickly.
