Looking for COO and TeamThe incumbent shall bring his team, and together will be responsible for startup of manufacturing, troubleshooting & production on a 24X7 operation.He will be responsible for present UPVC Extrusions (on our old existing west German/ Indian Extrusion line) including the trial and fine tuning of new dies, where required in overall set up and operations of our profile extrusionHis team and he must have the ability to maintain machines and produce our complicated profile on site- COMPULSORYTeam should be able to Inspect and produce products at an acceptable qualityMaintain Production paperwork.Troubleshoot equipment and process issues.Follow specific manufacturing instructions and guidelines.Alternatively a USA based consultant/ associate may be acceptable, Foreigners or seniors with relevant ability will be considered on a one time mutually agreed 'success fee' basisPolice verification is mandatory for all candidates before joining.About us:Diversification of businesses in existence for over 50 years with former ventures in the construction Industry and awarded the first license in the county to manufacture building materials using polymers. Looking for Machine Operators:Operators- To maintain machines and produce UPVC Window and door profiles, We are looking for Hands-on experience of 5-15 years on European twin screw extruders, preferably in the extrusion of profiles, to start the production of new hollow & structural foam profiles.You will be responsible for startup of manufacturing, troubleshooting & production on a 24X7 operation.Basic education to mixing materials, installing and starting up profile dies etc. but ability to maintain machine and produce our complicated profile on site- COMPULSORY.Follow specific manufacturing instructions and guidelines.Police verification is mandatory for all candidates before joining.About us:Diversification of businesses in existence for over 50 years with former ventures in the construction Industry and awarded the first license in the county to manufacture building materials using polymers.
