Key ResponsibilitiesInstallation & Commissioning: Oversee and execute the correct installation, testing, and commissioning of new machinery, equipment, or automation systems at customer sites.Breakdown Troubleshooting: Respond promptly to customer service calls, diagnose technical faults (mechanical, electrical, or electronic), and perform real-time repairs to minimize client downtime.Preventive Maintenance: Schedule and conduct regular preventive maintenance visits under Annual Maintenance Contracts (AMC) to optimize equipment performance and longevity.Technical Training: Conduct operational and basic maintenance training for the client's on-site operators and engineers post-installation.Spares Management: Identify required spare parts during service visits, coordinate with the internal inventory/sales team to raise quotes, and ensure timely replacement.Service Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed service reports, customer sign-offs, root-cause analysis (RCA) records, and log details into the company service CRM.Customer Relationship Management: Act as the primary technical point of contact, resolving customer grievances professionally and identifying opportunities for AMC renewals or product upgrades.
