Key ResponsibilitiesThe role is a mix of technical skill and physical oversight.Machine Setup: Loading raw materials (workpieces) into the machine and installing the correct tools (drills, cutters).Operation: Starting the machine and monitoring the process to ensure it follows the pre-programmed instructions.Quality Control: Using precision measuring instruments like Vernier Calipers, Micrometers, and Bore Gauges to check if the finished part matches the blueprint.Maintenance: Cleaning the machine daily, checking coolant levels, and performing basic lubrication.Troubleshooting: Identifying if a tool is blunt or if the machine is making an unusual noise and reporting it to the supervisor.

Key ResponsibilitiesPerform preventive, predictive, and breakdown maintenance of electrical systems and equipmentMaintain and troubleshoot LT panels, HT panels, MCCs, PCCs, VFDs, PLC-controlled systemsEnsure proper functioning of motors, transformers, generators, UPS, and DG setsConduct routine inspections and maintain maintenance schedulesDiagnose and rectify electrical faults to minimize machine downtimeCoordinate with production and maintenance teams for smooth operationsEnsure compliance with electrical safety standards, statutory regulations, and company SOPsMaintain maintenance logs, breakdown reports, and spare parts recordsSupport installation and commissioning of new electrical equipmentImplement energy-saving initiatives and improve electrical efficiencySkills & CompetenciesStrong knowledge of industrial electrical systemsHands-on experience with control panels, wiring diagrams, and schematicsKnowledge of PLC basics, VFD programming, and automation systems (preferred)Understanding of electrical safety standards, LOTO, and statutory complianceAbility to troubleshoot under pressure and work in shift operationsGood communication and coordination skillsPreferred CertificationsElectrical Supervisor / Wireman LicenseSafety Training / EHS CertificationHT License (if applicable)Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)Reduction in unplanned breakdownsPreventive maintenance complianceEquipment uptime and reliabilitySafety audit scoresEnergy efficiency improvementsCompensation & BenefitsSalary: As per industry standardsOvertime / Shift Allowance (if applicable)PF, ESIC, Insurance & Leave benefits
