Increasing sales by developing and maintaining relationships with customers. Develop and execute the sales & marketing plan of the lift/elevator business unit. Understand basic contract language terms based on the standard company agreement. Responsible for the daily and weekly sales revenue of the organization and generate the bids. Demonstrating product techniques, explaining product details, and answering all customer questions. Support and coordinate with the Installation team for any issue during project execution and ensure the collection of payments. Perform the offer, negotiation, order, Modernization sales contract closing, and supervise the contract compliance of all major modernizations, in alignment with the Branch Modernization targets. Estimating, negotiating and selling service and maintenance contracts at required levels to obtain new units on maintenance agreements. Provide quotation, technical documents and other support to contractors/distributors. Achieving monthly individual sales goals. Follow and track standard processes in completing the above.Requirements: Experience in sales and/or within the lift/elevator industry would be advantageous. Minimum of 1-3 years of experience in sales. Sales driven, result focused &success-oriented personality. Ability to lead, motivate, generate bids, show consistency. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including active listening. Exceptional sales skills with determination, tenacity and confidence. Preferably from lift/elevator industry.

We are looking for 5 Lift Technician Posts in Delhi, Delhi NCR, Noida, Gurgaon, with deep knowledge in Elevator / Lift Installer ,Servicing & Call back ./ Required Educational Qualification is : 12th + I.T.I. Bike & DL Mandatory.

The job includes lift mechanical installation, electrical installation, maintenance of lift etc. The job involves visits to sites located in Delhi NCR.
