Mechanical completion Cabling and all wiring related works Mechanical adjustments. Clearance of all stages of the in-process check chart in 1st inspections. Audit rating of completed units - No of units scored more than 95% audit during handover/No of units handed over Productivity - No of units completed against the target Any other works assigned by reporting officers from time to time.

This is lift Elevators Manufacturing and Maintenance company. We are looking for minimum experience of 3 to 5 years of Lift Elevators experience only.

Hi,This is SRIPAD HR from UNITECH LIFT ELEVATORS Setting sales goals and developing sales strategies. Researching prospects and generating leads. Contacting potential and existing customers on the phone, by email, and in person. Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints. Preparing and sending quotes and proposals. Managing the sales process through specific software programs. Building and maintaining a CRM database. Meeting daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets. Participating in sales team meetings.Must & should have two wheeler with licenseNote: Its a plus if you have lift sales experience.

Require Lift Technician with knowledge/Experience in Troubleshooting Elevators of different models of elevator machines (brands like OTIS, Mitsubishi, KONE, Johnson).Lift technician having minimum 1-2 years Experience in Installation/ Maintenance of collapsible gate, manual telescopic door, swing door, automatic door with MRL lift and hydraulic lift. Roles not limited to :- Overseeing the installation of Lifts/Elevators. Responding to mechanical failures and system malfunctions. - Installing and testing electrical systems. Servicing and maintaining machine parts. Repairing or replacing system parts.- Able to read and understand the electrical wiring diagram and familiar with the fault findings principals & allocating the malfunction component e.g. brakes, motors, switches, signals and control systems using test equipment's.-Identify proactively the parts to be replaced before getting damage & causing breakdown.- Able to work under stress and attending many breakdowns. .- Adhere to all safety guidelines and procedures.- Fitting and installation of new passenger- Excellent knowledge of technical systems.Must have :. Ability to read and understand electrical and electronic diagrams, plans and drawingsKnowledge of lift maintenance equipment. .
