It has a fair knowledge of the LAW of India academic & practical also (Civil, criminal, property, and consumer act)2. Handle day-to-day quarries & issues of Customers & others.3. Handling corporate legal issues.4. Roles and Responsibilities:Candidate would be responsible for Drafting Contractual correspondence, legal notices, replies etc. in addition to liaison with Companys legal advisors.Job Includes : Drafting Contracts and Agreements.
