Sales Manager Responsibilities.1.To identify, source and secure both long term and short-term pest control & prevention business opportunities. 2.To develop new business opportunities within current and new customer bases in accordance with the sales strategy. 3. To look after client retention by ensuring customers on going expectations is met. 4.To manage day to day sales activities, including proposal, service agreement, and prospecting and market development. 5.To support the service team by providing customer feedback. 6.To develop good client relationships. 7.To provide reports as per the requirement. 8.To assist with debt collection Requirements: Requirement :Sales experience of a minimum of 1 year in Direct Sales (Pest Control / Facilities Management) for Commercial business / minimum of 1 years of Home product / Home service business, residential cleaning services for Residential business profile Good Interpersonal & Networking Skills .
