Key ResponsibilitiesOutbound & Inbound Calling: Reach out to prospective leads from provided databases to introduce products/services, answer questions, and generate sales opportunities.Lead Qualification & Follow-up: Screen potential clients, understand their needs, and schedule follow-ups or product demos for senior sales representatives.Target Achievement: Meet or exceed daily calling targets, conversion metrics, and weekly/monthly sales goals.Database Management: Record customer details, call outcomes, notes, and follow-up dates accurately into the CRM software (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho, Hubspot).Customer Relationship Building: Maintain a polite, professional tone during interactions, overcome client objections, and address customer concerns effectively.Feedback & Reporting: Provide daily/weekly summaries of calling activities, customer feedback, and common objections to the team supervisor.
