We have vacancy of ITI FITTER, TURNER, BE MECHANICAL ETC.

We are looking for skilled / Freshers and dedicated Earth Equipment Technicians to join our team. The role involves regular maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of various earthmoving equipment such as excavators, bulldozers, backhoe loaders, graders, and compactors used in construction and infrastructure projects.Key Responsibilities :Perform daily checks and routine maintenance on heavy equipment.Diagnose mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical issues in earthmoving machinery.Carry out repairs and part replacements as per OEM standards.Keep records of maintenance schedules and service logs.Ensure all equipment is safe and operational before deployment.Respond quickly to equipment breakdowns at site locations.Maintain cleanliness and orderliness in the workshop and around machines.Adhere to all safety and environmental guidelines.Work closely with operators and report major faults to the supervisor.Assist in overhauls and engine repairs under supervision (if required).Key Skills & Requirements Knowledge of heavy construction equipment.Understanding of diesel engines, hydraulics, and electrical systems.Ability to read technical manuals and schematic diagrams.Basic tools handling and repair experience.Physically fit and comfortable working in field/site conditions.Willingness to work in shifts and overtime when needed.Strong teamwork and communication skills.

Reads engineering drawings to determine the specifications of components to be assembled/constructed. Cleans components received from the shop floor/stores. Checks and deburrs components. Ensures proper fitment of all mating parts according to drawing requirements. Inserts o-rings, back-up rings, soft seals, and thrust washers into the components. Conducts pressure testing on the test bench. During pressure testing, observes and identifies the root cause of any issues. Coordinates with the QC department to have the assembled product checked. Maintains an assembly register for all new products. Ensures a safe and clean working environment by adhering to procedures, rules, and regulations. Collaborates with other department members to assemble products. Follow GAD Mark Requirements in Product Attend Daily Assembly Department Meetings

Knowledge of Production Process. Knowledge of Fabrication. Efficiency to make decisions and problem solving. Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner. Liaising with other department to achieve production deadlines. Ensure safety in factory and meet relatable compliances aligned with factory. Excellent leadership quality and able to manage workforce.

Knowledge of Industrial Drawing Reading

1) ITI Fitter with Experience of 1 Year in Assembling Panel &Fabrication.2) Understand of Design Layout.3) Mechanical fitters for fit and assemble metal parts Fabricate production machines and other equipment. Experience minimum 1 year.

Require ITI Welder, Brazer & pipe fitter.1 to 2 yrs Experience, Shift duty,

monitor the progress of construction projects and ensure compliance with construction safety regulations

Knowledge of production process. Read and interpret design. Assist Senior/Manager to meet production deadline.
