€¢ Reads engineering drawings to determine the specifications of components to be assembled/constructed.
€¢ Cleans components received from the shop floor/stores.
€¢ Checks and deburrs components.
€¢ Ensures proper fitment of all mating parts according to drawing requirements.
€¢ Inserts o-rings, back-up rings, soft seals, and thrust washers into the components.
€¢ Conducts pressure testing on the test bench.
€¢ During pressure testing, observes and identifies the root cause of any issues.
€¢ Coordinates with the QC department to have the assembled product checked.
€¢ Maintains an assembly register for all new products.
€¢ Ensures a safe and clean working environment by adhering to procedures, rules, and regulations.
€¢ Collaborates with other department members to assemble products.
€¢ Follow GAD Mark Requirements in Product
€¢ Attend Daily Assembly Department Meetings
