Ability to operate CNC machine, should able to make 4 jaw chuck true manually, Basic programming knowledge, Provide machining, and product life-cycle support in a classified environment, Proven experience as CNC operator, As a CNC Operator, responsibilities will include managing the production operations, coordinating with team members, ensuring quality control and meeting production targets. Monitor weekly shop loads, direct labor hours, downtime, efficiencies and ensure all measurement is within plan.Constantly review the tooling management and seek opportunities for improvement.He takes care for the control of all jobs related drawings/data from customer to be used in manufacture and servicing.Tooling & Setup: Select appropriate cutting tools, inserts, and fixtures, and ensure proper machine setup for each production run.Quality Control: Monitor machining processes, perform in-process inspections, and make necessary adjustments to ensure parts meet quality standardsPerform routine maintenance on the tools & machine, including cleaning, lubrication and minor repairs.Ability to work overtime as needed.

hand feed tools as required Inspects parts during production using various types of gaging devices such as comparators, hand mikes, plug and depth gages, Makes machine and tooling adjustments necessary to maintain print specifications Resharpens and replaces tools, rakes chips, sands faces, adds coolant Performs miscellaneous related duties, such as clerical recording, material handling, and maintains cleanliness of machines and work area Locates work piece and positions piece in machine and transfers finished piece from machine to shipping & receiving Performs straight and taper turning, boring, threading, facing, drilling, tapping, reaming, plugging and mill work, , to the required dimensional specifications and tolerances Operates Iron Worker to notch and punch a variety of metals
