We are looking for a skilled Fitter to join our team in Talawade. The ideal candidate should have 1 to 5 years of experience and hold an I.T.I. qualification. This is a full-time position, and candidates must be male.**Key Responsibilities:**- **Read Technical Drawings:** Understand and interpret engineering drawings to assemble and install machinery accurately.- **Install Components:** Fit and assemble parts and components of machinery or equipment to ensure proper function and safety.- **Conduct Repairs:** Inspect and troubleshoot faulty components, performing necessary repairs to maintain operational efficiency.- **Maintain Equipment:** Regularly service machines and tools, ensuring they remain in good working order and comply with safety standards.- **Adhere to Safety Standards:** Follow all safety protocols while performing work to minimize risks in the workplace.**Required Skills and Expectations:**Candidates should possess strong mechanical skills, enabling them to work with various tools and machinery effectively. Key Responsibilities:Assemble, install, and align mechanical components, machinery, and equipment as per technical specifications and blueprints/drawings/designs.Perform various types of welding to fabricate, repair, and modify metal parts and structures.Ensure proper preparation of materials before welding (cleaning, grinding, etc.).Utilize fabrication skills to cut, shape, and assemble metal parts for various projects.Follow safety guidelines while working with welding equipment. Use hand tools, power tools, and measuring instruments to fit parts together precisely. Perform routine maintenance to ensure tools & machinery operates efficiently and to prevent breakdowns. Repair or replace faulty components such as gears, bearings, shafts, and valves.Fabricate parts using tools like drill machines, grinders, and welding equipment when required. Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to understand specifications. Follow standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines as specified during installation and maintenance.Work with engineers, electricians, and other technicians to complete projects actively.Communicate progress and challenges with supervisors or project managers.Ensure workplace with specified safety standards and regulations.
