- Assemble and fit parts together to form complete products: As a Fabrication Fitter, you will be responsible for putting together various metal components using hand tools and machinery to create finished products.- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings: You will need to have a good understanding of technical drawings and blueprints to correctly assemble the parts as per the specifications provided.- Measure and cut materials to required specifications: Accurate measurement and cutting of materials are crucial for the fabrication process, and you will need to ensure that the dimensions are precise to meet the design requirements.- Weld components together using welding equipment: Proficiency in welding techniques such as MIG, TIG, or arc welding is necessary for joining metal parts together securely.- Conduct quality checks to ensure products meet standards: You will be responsible for inspecting the finished products to ensure they meet quality standards and specifications before they are released for further processing or delivery.- Strong attention to detail: Being meticulous and paying close attention to detail is essential in this role to ensure precision in fabrication work.- Physical stamina and strength: The job may involve heavy lifting and prolonged standing, so physical stamina and strength are required to perform the tasks effectively.- Good communication skills: Effective communication with team members and supervisors is vital for smooth coordination and completion of fabrication projects.

Key Responsibilities: Manufacture, assemble, and fit doors and windows Work with materials such as wood, aluminum, stainless steel, PVC, and glass to create hermetically sealed doors and windows. Read and interpret technical drawings, blueprints, and specifications to ensure precise manufacturing. Install automatic sliding doors, swing doors, and airtight systems Ensure proper sealing, insulation, and soundproofing Use tools such as saws, drills, welding machines, grinders, and measuring instruments for cutting, shaping, and assembling. Perform quality checks to ensure durability, smooth operation, and compliance with hygiene regulations. Coordinate with engineers, architects, and project managers for design and fitting requirements. Conduct repairs and maintenance on installed doors/windows to ensure long-term functionality. Follow safety guidelines and infection control standards during fabrication and installation.

Fabricator cum welder. Candidate should have knowledge of MS and SS fabrication. He/she should be able to carry out Electric arc, CO2 and Argon welding independently.
