To ensure the engineering activities such as PLC,s HMI,s Programming Uploading Downloading, preventive maintenance, Routine & breakdown maintenance, Calibration, Equipment & area validation are carried out as per the schedule. To enforce and maintain a high degree of morale, and discipline amongst the team. To ensure that all the systems and equipment are upgraded, validated & Automated as per the procedures & requirements. To ensure that the subordinates are adequately trained for the job assigned. Optimum utilization of resources. To ensure that optimum resources such as man, material & area are available for the smooth operation of engineering related activities. In-House training of all the persons working in the maintenance. Validation & qualification of all equipment/system of utilities and air conditioning. Organize, assign and approve trainings of SOP and Topics (Regulatory, SPIL specific, Activity Based, EHS & Developmental) for Engineering Department in Learning Management System as Departmental training coordinator
