Job Title : Warehouse ManagerJob Location: UdaipurExperience : 3 To 7 Year experience specifically in Paint, Chemical, or FMCG sectors.Role & Responsibility :Supervise daily warehouse activities, ensuring seamless inbound (receiving) and outbound (dispatch) processes.IMaintain 100% stock accuracy through regular cycle counts and physical audits. Ensure strict compliance with HSE (Health, Safety, and Environment) standards. Manage Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).Manage warehouse layout to maximize storage capacity and improve labor productivity. Lead and train a team of supervisors and loaders. Manage labor attendance, performance, and shift scheduling.Qualifications & Skills :Bachelors degree in any stream. A Diploma or Degree in Supply Chain or Logistics Management is preferred. 3 to 7 years in warehouse management, specifically within the Paint, Chemical, or FMCG sectors. Hands-on experience with ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Tally) and MS Excel. Deep understanding of chemical storage regulations, spill control, and fire safety protocols.Ability to coordinate with transporters and logistics partners for timely deliveries.
