Job Title: Store Manager

Roles and Responsibilities

Manage and supervise the day-to-day operations of the store.

Work actively on the shop floor alongside the team to ensure efficient store functioning.

Learn and oversee billing operations, product shelving, and inventory display.

Assist and guide customers to ensure a positive shopping experience

.

Supervise store staff and ensure all tasks are completed on time and according to standards.

Maintain discipline, coordination, and productivity among the store team.

Monitor store performance and take proactive steps to increase monthly sales.

Develop strategies to improve customer satisfaction and encourage repeat customers.

Ensure the store remains clean, organized, and well-stocked at all times.

Qualification & Skills

Graduate in any discipline ( BBA )

MBA (Master of Business Administration) preferred

Knowledge of inventory management and store operations

Inventory & Stock Management

Store Operations Handling

Documentation & Record Keeping

Basic knowledge of ERP / inventory management software

MS Excel and computer knowledge

Strong organizational skills

Good communication and coordination skills

Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
