Operations Management: Oversee daily floor operations, ensuring exceptional guest experiences and smooth service for 500+ covers.
Financial Control: Manage budgeting, forecasting, and strict cost control measures to maximize profitability.
Inventory & Stock: Supervise inventory management, stock rotation, and minimize wastage.
Menu Expertise: Strong knowledge of Tapas cuisine, beverage pairings, and the ability to upsell effectively.
Team Leadership: Train, mentor, and motivate floor staff to maintain high service standards and brand discipline.
Qualification & Skills :
Experience: 7-8 years of experience in restaurant management, strictly with reputed and premium Hotel brands.
Skills: Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
