Job Title: Marketing Manager**Location:** Manjri Pune **Company:** Shreenath Agro Tech Pvt Ltd**Reports to:** Managers or DirectorsKey Responsibilities:- **Strategy Development:** Design and implement innovative marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and drive sales growth for our exotic vegetable line.- **Market Research:** Conduct market analysis to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive dynamics to inform strategic decisions and product development.- **Digital Marketing:** Oversee digital marketing campaigns, including social media, email marketing, and website content, ensuring alignment with overall marketing goals.- **Brand Management:** Develop and maintain brand guidelines, ensuring consistency across all marketing channels and promotional materials.- **Partnerships and Collaborations:** Identify and establish partnerships with chefs, influencers, retailers, and distributors to promote our products and expand market reach.- **Content Creation:** Produce engaging content (blogs, videos, recipes, etc.) that highlights the uniqueness of our vegetables and invites customers to explore new culinary possibilities.- **Sales Support:** Collaborate with the sales team to create promotional materials and campaigns that support their efforts in reaching retail and food service customers.- **Customer Engagement:** Develop programs and strategies to engage with our customer base and foster a community around exotic vegetables.- **Budget Management:** Prepare and manage the marketing budget, tracking expenditures and ROI for marketing initiatives.- **Performance Analysis:** Monitor and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using key performance indicators (KPIs) and prepare reports to measure impact and areas for improvement.Qualifications:- Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA preferred.- 5+ years of experience in marketing, preferably in the food or agriculture industry.- Strong

Candidate would have to set up and lead the Marketing activity. Needs to be familiar with the latest tools and technology for Digital Marketing. Should perform Cold calling, solicitations,content writing and development. Will be working with the US counterpart.
