The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for selling software to existing sign and print shop customers in India, via phone and email. There is no cold calling as you will be following-up on warm leads as well as taking inbound calls and replying to incoming end-user emails. Your job will involve managing on-going relationships with customers for the purpose of selling multiple software subscriptions.

Inside Sales Representative Responsibilities:Communicating with enterprise customers, making outbound calls to potential customers, and following up on leads.Understanding customers' needs and identifying sales opportunities.Answering potential customers' questions and sending additional information per email.Keeping up with product and service information and updates.Creating and maintaining a database of current and potential customers.Explaining and demonstrating features of products and services.Upselling products and services.Inside Sales Representative Requirements:Previous experience in an outbound call center or a related sales position preferred.Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.Good organizational skills and the ability to multitask.Strong listening and sales skills.
