Responsibilities:Source new sales opportunities through inbound lead follow-up and outbound cold calls and emailsConversion of leads received through various marketing channels Understand customer needs and requirementsWork on account development and closureClose sales and achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly quotasPerform effective online demos to prospectsConsistently achieve revenue targets enlined with the team/organizational objectivesRequirementsMinimum 6 months of telesales experienceGraduation is mandatoryProven inside sales experienceTrack record of over-achieving quotaStrong phone presence and experience dialing dozens of calls per dayExperience working with Lead Squared,Salesforce or similar CRMExcellent verbal and written communications skillsStrong listening and presentation skillsAbility to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively
