we seek a highly motivated and experienced tele sales executive to join our team at our office location. the ideal candidate would have 3-5 years of experience in telesales from industries such as bfsi, ed-tech, consumer goods, auto, real estate, and jobs. additionally, they need to have good communication skills, are self-driven, and come with a strong sales achievement focus!!

duties & responsibilities:

conduct outbound calls to prospective customers with the goal of promoting and selling subcription based- services.

develop a deep understanding of the features and benefits of subscription offerings in industries like bfsi, ed-tech, consumer goods, auto, real estate, and jobs.

clearly articulate the value proposition of the subscriptions and address customer queries effectively.

build and maintain subscription positive customer relationships through regular follow-up calls.

provide accurate information about products/services, pricing and promotions.

facilitate the payment collection process through effective communication and relationship-building

meet and exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.

continuously strive for improvement in key performance indicators related to sales and revenue.

preferred candidate profile:

3-6 years of direct telesales experience, strong understanding of industries such as bfsi, ed-tech,consumer goods, auto, real estate, and jobs.

proven experience in telesales with a focus on subscription sales.

excellent communication and negotiation skills.

ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.

familiarity with crm software and sales tracking tools.

the ability to quickly grasp and effectively communicate product and service details to prospects, with proficiency in relevant languages (english & hindi, marathi, malayalam, tamil, telugu, kannada
