Continuously develop and build candidate pipeline using multiple tools & techniques. Build & grow market intelligence. Interview candidates to assess compatibility & critical behavioral competencies. Finalize candidate fitment, negotiate & close the offer discussion with the candidate.Qualities Graduate / Post Graduate in any discipline 2-4 years of hands on end to end recruitment life cycle experience, in an IT Services / product company. Conceptual understanding of current technologies / tools / products, etc. Strong sourcing skills using multiple channels to identify Right Fit candidates. Strong candidate evaluation skills to present pre-qualified candidates in a timely manner. Expertise in Relationship recruiting to hire passive candidates. Demonstrate Sales attitude during the complete recruitment life cycle. Self organized & able to multi-task effectively.
