• continuously develop and build candidate pipeline using multiple tools & techniques. build & grow market intelligence.
• interview candidates to assess compatibility & critical behavioral competencies.
• finalize candidate fitment, negotiate & close the offer discussion with the candidate.
qualities
• graduate / post graduate in any discipline
• 2-4 years of hands on end to end recruitment life cycle experience, in an it services / product company. conceptual understanding of current technologies / tools / products, etc.
• strong sourcing skills using multiple channels to identify ‘right fit’ candidates.
• strong candidate evaluation skills to present pre-qualified candidates in a timely manner.
• expertise in relationship recruiting to hire passive candidates.
• demonstrate ‘sales’ attitude during the complete recruitment life cycle.
• self organized & able to multi-task effectively.
