As a Human Resources Recruiter, you will play a key role in finding and attracting talent for our organization. Your primary focus will be on sourcing candidates who meet our hiring needs and fit our company culture. This job is part-time and will require you to work from the office located in Manjusar GIDC.Key Responsibilities:- Sourcing Candidates: Utilize various platforms to identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media, and professional networks. This will help you reach a diverse pool of talent.- Screening Resumes: Review incoming resumes to identify candidates that meet the qualifications for open positions. This process ensures that only the most suitable candidates are moved forward in the hiring process.- Conducting Interviews: Schedule and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' skills and cultural fit. This is an essential step in determining the right fit for our team.- Coordinating with Hiring Managers: Work closely with department heads to understand their staffing needs and provide them with updates on the recruitment process. Clear communication helps streamline the hiring process.- Maintaining Recruitment Metrics: Keep track of recruitment activities and candidate progress, ensuring all records are current and accurate.
