Ground Staff Executives are responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of airport services, including assisting passengers, handling baggage, and coordinating with other airport staff. Key responsibilities include:- Greeting and assisting passengers at check-in counters and gates- Ensuring passenger safety and compliance with airline regulations- Handling baggage, including tagging and loading/unloading onto aircraft- Managing flight reservations, cancellations, and changes- Coordinating with cabin crew, pilots, and ground staff to ensure timely depart.

As a Ground Staff Executive, your responsibilities will include coordinating ground handling activities, assisting passengers with check-in and boarding procedures, handling air ticketing transactions, and ensuring efficient ground management operations. You will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, managing passenger luggage, and ensuring safety and security standards are met.The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to work well under pressure. A strong knowledge of ground handling procedures, air ticketing systems.

Male / Female Candidates Required Pleasing Personality and Excellent Communication Skills.
