Key Responsibilities:Production Planning:Develop and manage production schedules based on customer orders, demand forecasts, and inventory levels.Ensure that production is executed on time, in full, and in line with quality standards.Plan and prioritize production requirements to optimize resources, minimize downtime, and maximize productivity.Coordination with Teams:Liaise with the procurement, production, and quality assurance teams to ensure all materials and resources are available for smooth production.Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to align production schedules with customer demand and sales targets.Monitor and adjust production plans based on any changes in demand, material availability, or unforeseen production issues.Inventory Management:Maintain accurate records of raw materials, finished goods, and in-progress production inventory.Ensure timely procurement and availability of materials to avoid production delays.Conduct regular stock audits to ensure inventory levels align with production needs.Production Tracking & Reporting:Track and report production progress, highlighting any delays or issues to management.Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly production reports and analyses to optimize efficiency and reduce waste.Continuously assess production processes and make recommendations for improvements in line with industry best practices.Quality Control Support:Work closely with the Quality Assurance team to ensure products meet the company's quality standards.Help implement corrective actions in production based on feedback or deviations from standards.Problem Solving:Identify and troubleshoot production challenges in real-time to avoid disruptions in the manufacturing process.Develop contingency plans and alternative solutions to mitigate delays and production bottlenecks.

Co-ordinate with clients regarding orders.4. Punch purchase orders in the software.5. Prepare job cards considering optimum utilization and availability of rawmaterial, utilization / current work load on machines.6. Check current inventory. Prepare requisition for raw material.7. Prepare production schedule depending upon urgency, pending list of orders,work load on each machine, machine optimization.8. Update production schedule depending upon the output.9. Maintain efficiency of each machine and operator.10. Check the lead time of orders, committed delivery date to clients.11.
