The ideal candidate will be responsible foroverseeing all dealership functions, driving sales performance, ensuring superior customersatisfaction, and managing a high-performing team to achieve business targets.Key Responsibilities: Oversee day-to-day dealership operations, including sales, service, spares, finance, and administration. Develop and implement business strategies to achieve revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction goals. Lead and motivate the sales and service teams to deliver exceptional performancen and meet OEM (Honda) standards. Monitor financial performance, manage budgets, and control operational costs. Maintain strong relationships with Honda officials, customers, and vendors. Ensure compliance with all dealership policies, manufacturer guidelines, andn statutory requirements. Plan and execute local marketing, promotional, and customer engagement activities. Regularly review customer feedback and take corrective actions to improve service quality. Drive digital transformation and process improvements within the dealership.Requirements: Bachelors degree or higher in Business Administration, Automobile Engineering, or a related field. 1015 years of proven experience in managing an automobile dealership (preferablyHonda Two-Wheeler or similar brands). Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Excellent understanding of dealership operations, customer handling, and OEM coordination. Proven track record of achieving sales and service excellence.
