You will also provide administrative support to our Physiotherapy team as needed.Responsibilities:Greeting patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.Answering and managing phone calls, scheduling appointments, and responding to patient inquiries.Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records and appointment schedules.Collecting patient information and insurance details as required.Ensuring the reception area is clean, organized, and well-maintained.Coordinating with the Physiotherapy team to ensure efficient patient flow and scheduling.Providing administrative support, such as photocopying, filing, and data entry.Handling payments and processing insurance claims.Requirements:Any Graduate with good communication skills in English and Hindi.Proven work experience as a Receptionist or similar role would be a plus.Proficient in using computer applications and software such as MS Office, Google Suite, and electronic medical records.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.Ability to work independently and as part of a team.We offer a competitive salary and benefits package, as well as opportunities for professional development and advancement.
