Key Responsibilities:1. Assist senior engineers in designing, planning, and overseeing construction projects: As a Junior Engineer Civil, you will work closely with experienced engineers to contribute to the design and planning of various construction projects.2. Conduct site visits and inspections: You will be responsible for visiting construction sites, inspecting progress, and ensuring that work is being carried out according to specifications and safety standards.3. Prepare reports and documentation: Your role will involve preparing reports on project progress, documenting findings from site visits, and maintaining project records for future reference.4. Collaborate with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders: You will be expected to work collaboratively with architects, contractors, and other project stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution.5. Assist in budgeting and cost estimation: You will support senior engineers in budgeting for projects, estimating costs, and monitoring expenses to ensure projects are completed within budget.Skills and Expectations:1. Strong understanding of civil engineering principles and construction processes.2. Proficiency in AutoCAD and other relevant software.3. Excellent communication and teamwork skills.4. Responsible for smooth operation of the floor assigned.Responsible for the performance of floor boys.Supervise Room AttendantsOrganises and facilitates the room making process.Daily allocation of rooms and deep cleaning tasks to team members.Responsible for the cleanliness of guest rooms, corridors and heart of the house area of the floor.Checks the occupied and departure rooms, giving special attention to guest needs.Ensures that the entire operation is performed as per the laid down standards.To organise immediately the guest needs under intimation to EHK/Executive.Manage guest requests, including VIP amenities and communicating them to the relevant team membersRoutine inspection of guest bedrooms to ensure they meet standards.
