Sourcing of Seafarers from Deck Department.

Recruitment of Senior Officers - ( Masters | Chief Officer ) and Junior Officers - (Second Officer | Third Officers) for Dry Fleet or Tanker fleet ( Product Tankers | Chemical Tankers) from References, advertisement and job portals.

Crew change plan.

Liaising with vessels for day to day queries.

Desired Candidate:

Sourcing for Deck or Engine department for Main Fleet Vessles having experience of 3 to 10 years.

Good Communication Skills

Negotiation Skills and Convincing Skills

Ability to work under pressure.
