Position: Accounts ManagerLocation: Info Park, Cochin, KeralaQualifications and Skills:CA Inter / CMA Inter / CS Inter /M Com.Proficiency in using accounting software, specifically TallyAdvanced Excel skills for financial analysis and reporting.Excellent knowledge of GST, Income Tax, Companies Act, ESI, PF, Other relevant tax and statutory requirements.Strong knowledge and understanding of accounting principles, financial regulations, and taxation.Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks, meet deadlines, and work under pressure.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.Experience: 3 to 6 years in Finance and Accounts. Experience in handling accounts with an annual turnover of minimum10 to 15 crores.Reporting to: CFO / CEOResponsibilities:Accounting of transactions in accounting software using tally.Maintenance of proper records, vouchers and approvals for all the incomes and expensesProper deductions and remittance of TDS, issuance of certificates and Timely filing of TDS returnsPayment of Advance Tax / Income Tax on timeEstablishing standardized procedures for budget forecasting, submission of MCA returns, and preparation of Monthly /Quarterly and Yearly financial statements for submission to the Management/ Holding Company /statutory auditors.Issuing e-invoices to various departments of the bank , Collection and Remittance of GST, Proper tracking and claiming of Input Tax , Timely Filing of Monthly/ Annual GST returnsCollection and Remittance of ESI, PF etc, Timely Filing of periodical ESI, PF returnsCo-ordinating with Statutory auditors for timely completion of audit under Companies Act, Income Tax Act and other applicable statutes / regulationsCollaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting standards.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:1. MONITORING & SUPERVISION OF ALL ACCOUNTING ACTIVITIES.2. SHOULD HAVE KNOWLEDGE IN ACCOUNTING PRINCIPLES AND ENTRY LEVEL WORKS.3. KNOWLEDGE IN PREPARATION & SUBMISSION OF STATUTORY PAYMENTS & RETURNS SUCH AS GST FILING, TDS AND INCOME TAX DETAILS BEFOR DUE DATE.4. MAINTAINING PROPER FILING SYSTEM & TAKING CARE OF ALL TYPES OF SALES & PURCHASE RECORDS.5. SHOULD MONITOR ALL BANK TRANSACTIONS ON DAILY BASIS6. ENSURE TIMELY PAYMENT OF VARIOUS SUPPLIERS AND FOLLOW UP OUTSTANDING WITH RESPECTIVE SHOPS AND SHOWROOMS.7. PREPARATION OF MONTHLY REPORTS & REVIEWING ALL THE FINANCIAL AT THE END OF THE MONTH.8.
