Provide training and technical guidance to junior engineers and plant personnel. Support project teams during system upgrades, expansions, and revamping activities.B. Key Skills & Competencies1. Technical Skills Strong expertise in Siemens PLCs and automation systems. Proficiency in TIA Portal, STEP 7, WinCC, and WinCC Unified. Experience with VFDs, MCCs, instrumentation, and control panels. Knowledge of industrial networks.2. Soft Skills Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities. Excellent communication (Verbal & Writing) and customer-handling skills. Ability to work independently under pressure in live plant environments. Willingness to travel within Oman and work on-site as required.3.
