This role is critical in ensuring customer satisfaction by delivering efficient and high-quality service.Key Responsibilities:Provide on-site technical support and maintenance for elevator systems, ensuring optimal product functionality.Troubleshoot and efficiently resolve customer issues, maintaining a high standard of service and responsiveness.Conduct installations of elevator products at customer locations and provide comprehensive training sessions to clients for effective product use.Collaborate with the technical and customer service teams to resolve complex issues and ensure continuous product improvement.Maintain documentation and reports on service activities, installations, and customer interactions.Ensure compliance with safety protocols and industry standards at all times.Qualifications:A relevant technical degree or certification (BE, B.Tech, or equivalent).Proven experience in a similar role, preferably within the elevator or a related mechanical/electrical engineering industry.Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills, with a proactive and customer-oriented approach.Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.Willingness to travel within the South Region to provide on-site support as needed.Preferred Qualifications:Additional

1. Troubleshoot/Repair/Diagnosis and resolve the problems in the boom lift and scissor lift machines. 2. To do Pre delivery inspection of machines before they are dispatched to site & to do Off hire inspection after the machines are taken to our garage for maintenance.3. To visit the machines on site and do necessary troubleshoot, Problem solving and Service the machines. 4. To complete reports and documentation of work carried outinmachines.
