Site Visits and Inspections:o Participate in site visits to monitor construction progress and ensure adherence to design specifications.o Identify and resolve minor on-site issues in collaboration with the project team.Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Architecture or a related field. 1 to 2 years of relevant work experience in architectural design or related roles. Proficiency in architectural design software such as AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Revit, and Adobe Creative Suite. Basic understanding of building codes, materials, and construction techniques. Strong design and visualization skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team and handle multiple tasks effectively.Preferred Skills: Experience with 3D rendering software like V-Ray or Lumion.Knowledge of sustainable design principles and practices. Familiarity with project management tools.
