As a Field Officer, you will be responsible for conducting fieldwork and supporting clients in the Bhavnagar area. A valid driving license and access to a vehicle are essential, as the role involves travel to various locations. Familiarity with using a mobile device or laptop for documenting and reporting purposes is also required. Candidates should have completed their education at least up to the 10th grade.The position is office-based but involves significant field activities. You will need to be physically fit and ready to adapt to different environments. Workdays will be scheduled regularly, and you can expect to receive support from the employer in case of issues during your work. The ability to work independently while maintaining a collaborative spirit is vital.

Responsibilities:1.Become a subject matter expert on agriculture commodity markets.2.Use strategic sourcing to develop and drive strategies and processes.3.Develop and lead strategies including internal and external analysis and negotiations.4.Keep track of projections based on changing market environments and product prices.5.Prepare monthly commodity projections.6.Track total cost of ownership and variations to budget.7.Knowledge of procurement and commodity as they relate to the agricultural industry.8.Lead ongoing joint business activities.9.Direct performance on KPIs, productivity initiatives and innovation.10.Manage and coordinate all phases of the commodity.11.Be willing to approach agriculture holistically but with a business mindset.12.Have a broad scope of knowledge that includes all dry commodity products.13.Structure relevant proposal i. e., Sauda/Forward Trade/WRF/SCF.14.Client follow-up for closure & Client VisitAutomation of processes leading.Requirements:1.Must have good knowledge and connect with millers/ food processing industries buyers2.Should have good knowledge of B2B Sales and 3.should be able to handle the team
