Key Responsibilities:Follow up with vendors and contractors for material delivery, quotations, and manpower.Confirm if workers/material have reached site, take photos/videos as proof, and share reports.Coordinate directions and site info with new vendors, using Google Maps and WhatsApp.File and maintain all bills, challans, quotations and receipts physically and digitally.Run small errands locally for urgent procurement or site requirements.Maintain a simple Daily Log of updates and follow-ups.
