Job Description

- Conduct door-to-door sales in assigned neighborhoods: The Field Sales Executive will be responsible for visiting households in designated areas to promote and sell products or services.

- Develop a deep understanding of the product or service offered: It is essential for the Field Sales Executive to have a thorough knowledge of the offerings to effectively communicate their benefits to potential customers.

- Meet or exceed sales targets: The incumbent must be driven to achieve set sales goals and should have the ability to devise strategies to meet or surpass targets.

- Build and maintain relationships with customers: Developing a rapport with clients is crucial for repeat business and customer satisfaction.

- Report sales activity and results regularly: Keeping track of sales progress and sharing updates with the supervisor is expected from the Field Sales Executive.
