Follow-ups: Regularly follow up with interested customers to close bookings.5. Customer Relationship Management: Maintain a positive relationship with customers to enhance brand loyalty.6. Database Management: Update and maintain customer records in the system.7. Handling Queries: Answer customer inquiries regarding bookings, facilities, and offers.8. Achieving Targets: Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly call and conversion targets.9. Feedback Collection: Gather customer feedback to improve services and offerings.10. Coordination: Work closely with the sales and marketing teams to enhance promotional campaigns.Required Skills & Qualities:1. Excellent Communication: Clear and confident communication skills in the required language(s).2. Persuasive Skills: Ability to convince customers to visit the resort.3.
