To be successful as a tele caller, you should be able to convince even the toughest of individuals to purchase our offerings.Stability in Career.Telesales Representative Responsibilities:Generating leads by telecalling (cold calling).Initiating sales with potential customers over the phone.Asking questions to engage customers and keep the conversation going.Listen to & Identify the customers' needs and wants, clarifying information whenever possible to generate repeat sales.Inform customers about the company's products/services and offers.Gathering and documenting customer information, payment methods, purchases, and reactions to products.Document transactions by completing forms and record logs.Maintains database by entering & verifying data.Appointment booking of leads.Convincing clients & getting clients on board.Keeping up to date on all products and informing customers of new products.Answering customers' questions about the products.Regular follow-ups.Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner.Meeting sales quotas. Incentives will also be rewarded per sale. Training & data will be provided.Working hours: 10:30 am to 5:30 pm
