We are looking for a Female candidate for 1 Account Executive Post in Goregaon East,Mumbai, the job profile includes deep knowledge in Financial Accountant,Email Drafting,Microsoft Excel,Bank Reconciliation,Stock Reconciliation,GST AND TDS, Required Educational Qualification is : B.B.A, B.Com, M.Com or a commerce graduate The female candidate should be looking at the job for long term perspective, she should be honest, loyal, dedicated, smart and good eith communicating with various entities. We are OK with her knowing thoda English & speaking Hindi & Marathi language.

Female- Salary range : 20 to 25k depending on candidate- Minimum Experience : 5 years- Full time work from 10 am to 6 pm- Candidates living near office address given below will be prioritised- Should have knowledge of IT, GST, TDS , e- invoice, e-way bill, bank reconciliation, Tally entries, BS & PL, etc- Preferable if already worked in metal market or import company

To manage and review day to day operations of the accounts department. Calculate GST, T.D.S., Income Tax, Labour Laws etc. liability on monthly basis. File all statutory returns i.e. Income Tax Returns, PT return, excise return PF/ ESIC return on time. To maintain fund requirement and reconcile of cash and Bank books on daily basis. To maintain spreadsheets for monitoring and analyzing accounting data and prepare financial reports. To prepare table of accounts, assign entries to proper accounts to ensure proper accounting methods, principles and policies are being followed. To complete and coordinate annual audits and provide recommendations for improving procedures and systems for initiating corrective actions. Attend the Scrutiny and Appeals and prepare the documentation of the same.

Computerized Accounting on Tally, Recording of Accounting Transactions on a daily basis. Generating purchased & sales invoice in tally. Preparing e way bill/ Documents filling. Preparing Monthly Profit & Loss Statement / Cash Flow Statement. Handling petty cash, Prepare Cheques and entry in tally software. Interest on Purchase Working. /Tds Working. Balance Sheet finalizations / GST Working. Maintain material Stock & dispatched related work.
